Presentations of Africa

We spent Thursday 24th February - Tuesday 1st March enjoying presentations from students who all worked in partnerships and created a report and visual representations of a country from Africa. A few of the students also brought in artifacts and even food from these countries. As the presentations were given students were required to take notes on each.

The purpose of the assignment was to allow students a chance to look at a country from Africa in which they were interested and be able to research the aspects of the country that were most meaningful to them. We used several of the presentations to decorate our room.
